Our services include data integration, cloud system administration and website security support.
We work directly with NASA's Deep Space Network to provide a server architecture for near-realtime data, which is integrated with public-facing features of our websites. We provide data API's to support partner websites and applications.
Our streamlined cloud services strategy is implemented using a centralized codebase, enabling continuous testing and deployment of new features, performance improvements, and security updates. Various tools are used to track performance and provide cost reports, including New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, Google Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS Cost Explorer.
For NASA, we've supported extreme-high traffic events while also facilitating near-real-time raw image feeds from spacecraft to the websites we support:
- Mars InSight Landing: 840,000 pageviews/hour
- Cassini Grand Finale: 200,000 pageviews/hour
We consider redundancy, scalability, and the current state of all web application vulnerabilities during planning and development, and work with institutional cybersecurity departments to regularly scan web applications.
It is always our goal to establish and maintain design integrity along with sustainable collaborative workflows. Project management and customer support is essential to this effort.
Our managerial approach is centralized, responsive and flexible, and integrated with our Agile process. We utilize modern tools and methods, designed around many years of institutional support for JPL and NASA, and provide dedicated content support specialists as needed according to demand.
